Measuring and improving executive, Board and broader organisational culture is now very much on company agendas. To read or tune into many commentaries, if often sounds like culture is some kind of amorphous or nebulous attribute that is very difficult to describe, let alone measure. But that is not the case. There are some straightforward, well-developed and accepted ways to assess the current and desired culture of groups, the positives and negatives and the many different variations that will likely be found throughout an organisation.
